They are written to be fair, clear, and straightforward, so you know exactly where you stand. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using PromptIQ AI ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.2. Description of ServicePromptIQ AI is an AI prompt engineering tool that helps users create optimised prompts for various AI platforms. The App provides:• AI-powered prompt generation and optimisation across multiple platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Universal prompts compatible with Perplexity, Copilot, Mistral, Llama, and more).
• A built-in AI assistant for generating responses to your optimised prompts directly within the App, with follow-up conversation capabilities.
• Convenient links to open third-party AI platforms via their public web URLs, with automatic clipboard copy for seamless pasting.
• History, favourites, and chain prompt workflow features for managing and revisiting your prompt library.
• Master summary generation that consolidates all prompts and AI responses across all platforms into a single cohesive overview.
• Multi-Brain AI Synthesis: a feature that combines all platform-specific prompts for a given step into one unified Master AI Response, drawing on the analytical, creative, real-time, and structured strengths of each platform optimisation simultaneously.
• Per-step Master AI Responses within chain prompt workflows that synthesise prompts across all selected platforms into a single, comprehensive answer per step — producing results that draw on the collective intelligence of all platforms working together.
• Per-platform master prompts that merge all chain steps for a specific platform into one comprehensive, copy-paste-ready prompt.
• Total master prompts that synthesise all steps across all platforms into one ultimate unified prompt.
• Individual per-platform summaries (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) that provide focused summaries for each AI platform separately.
• Individual per-step summaries within chain prompt workflows, allowing users to summarise each step independently.
• Combined chain summaries that weave all chain step responses into one cohesive narrative.
• Automatic current-time context included in all prompt generations and AI responses for time-relevant, up-to-date results.
• Offline mode with template-based prompt generation when no internet connection is available, allowing users to create platform-optimised prompts without Wi-Fi or mobile data.
• Offline access to previously cached generations and history when no internet connection is available.
• Prompt refinement tools that allow users to iterate and regenerate all prompts with custom feedback.
• Side-by-side platform comparison view for evaluating prompts across different AI platforms.
• Visual prompt generation for AI image creation tools (DALL-E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Imagen).
• In-app AI image generation from visual prompts with download and sharing capabilities.
• Multi-language support for prompt generation and the App interface across 65+ languages.
• Personalised prompt generation based on user-configured persona profiles (role, expertise, industry, communication style, goals, preferred platforms, and optional free-text context about yourself).
• Progressive learning that tracks your usage patterns (preferred tones, most-used platforms, frequent topics) locally on your device to auto-improve future prompt personalisation.
• A dedicated Profile screen where you can view and edit your full persona, see AI usage insights (total generations, preferred tone, top platform, frequent topics), and manage your personalisation settings at any time.3. Offline ModePromptIQ AI includes an offline mode that allows limited functionality when no internet connection is available:• Template-based prompt generation: When offline, the App generates prompts using pre-built, expert-crafted templates optimised for each AI platform. These prompts are designed to be immediately usable once you regain connectivity.
• Cached history access: Previously generated prompts and AI responses are cached locally on your device and remain accessible offline.
• Offline limitations: AI-powered features such as real-time AI responses, prompt refinement, summary generation, Multi-Brain AI Synthesis, image generation, and web-enhanced context require an active internet connection and are not available in offline mode.
• Data is stored locally on your device using standard device storage. Cached data may be lost if you uninstall the App or clear app data.4. Summary & Synthesis FeaturesPromptIQ AI provides multiple levels of content summarisation and synthesis to help users efficiently review and use generated content:• Master Summary: Consolidates all prompts and AI responses across all platforms into one comprehensive, flowing narrative with key takeaways.
• Multi-Brain AI Synthesis (Master AI Response): For each step in a chain workflow, synthesises all platform-specific prompts into one unified answer that combines the analytical depth, creative reasoning, real-time knowledge, and structured logic of every selected platform. This produces a response that draws on the collective intelligence of all platforms working together.
• Per-Platform Master Prompts: Merges all chain steps for a single platform into one comprehensive, immediately usable prompt.
• Total Master Prompt: Combines all steps across all platforms into one ultimate universal prompt.
• Per-Platform Summaries: Generates focused summaries for each individual AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok), capturing platform-specific insights and recommendations.
• Per-Step Chain Summaries: Within chain prompt workflows, generates individual summaries for each step, allowing granular review of multi-step processes.
• Combined Chain Summary: Weaves all chain step responses into one cohesive narrative that maintains logical flow across the entire workflow.All summaries and Multi-Brain AI Synthesis responses are generated using AI and should be reviewed for accuracy before use. Quality depends on the completeness of the underlying prompts and AI responses.5. Third-Party AI PlatformsPromptIQ AI provides the ability to copy prompts and open third-party AI platforms (including but not limited to OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, xAI's Grok, and Perplexity) via their publicly available web URLs.PromptIQ AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any of these third-party platforms. All platform names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.When you leave PromptIQ AI to visit a third-party platform, you are subject to that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, availability, or policies of any third-party service.We do not transmit your data to these platforms. The "Use in" feature simply copies your prompt to your device's clipboard and opens the platform's public URL in your browser — no account linking, API connection, or data sharing occurs.6. Subscriptions & PaymentsPromptIQ AI offers a free trial period and premium subscription tiers:• Free trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with generous daily and monthly usage limits from the date of first use. No payment is required during the trial period. After the 7-day trial expires, a Pro subscription is required to continue using the App's features.
• Pro subscription: $4.99/month with generous daily and monthly usage limits for prompt generations, AI responses, chain generations, master synthesis, summaries, prompt refinement, and all premium features. Specific limits are displayed within the App and may be adjusted from time to time.
• Unlimited subscription (coming soon): $14.99/month for unlimited usage across all features with no daily or monthly caps. This tier will be available in a future update.
• Subscriptions are processed and managed entirely through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android).
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as all payments are processed through their respective app stores.
• Usage limits: Each subscription tier includes daily and monthly usage allowances for prompt generations, AI responses, chain generations, and master synthesis requests. Usage counters reset automatically at the start of each day and month. Current limits are displayed in the App's subscription and profile screens.
• We reserve the right to adjust usage limits for any tier with reasonable notice. Changes to limits will be communicated through in-app notices or app updates.Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region due to currency conversion and local pricing by Apple and Google.7. Usage Limits & Fair UseTo ensure a high-quality experience for all users, PromptIQ AI applies fair-use limits based on your subscription tier:• Free trial users receive a generous daily and monthly allowance for prompt generations, AI responses, chain generations, and master synthesis requests.
• Pro subscribers receive higher daily and monthly limits suitable for regular, active usage.
• Unlimited subscribers (when available) will have no daily or monthly caps.
• Usage counters are tracked locally on your device and reset automatically at the start of each day and month.
• When a usage limit is reached, the specific feature will be temporarily unavailable until the counter resets. Other features remain accessible.
• Current usage and remaining allowances are visible within the App at all times.
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits through any means is a violation of these Terms.8. Intellectual PropertyAll content, design, branding, code, and features of PromptIQ AI are the intellectual property of PromptIQ AI and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.Prompts generated by the App are provided for your personal and commercial use. You own the prompts you create using PromptIQ AI and may use them freely on any platform.You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App itself without prior written permission.9. Prohibited UseYou agree not to use PromptIQ AI for any of the following:• Generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to circumvent subscription restrictions, usage limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or abuse free-tier or trial limits.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App in an unauthorised manner.
• Misrepresenting PromptIQ AI as being affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party AI platform.
• Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.10. Disclaimers & Limitation of LiabilityPromptIQ AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.We do not guarantee that AI-generated prompts, responses, or summaries will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.Offline template-based prompts are generated locally without AI and may not match the quality or specificity of AI-generated prompts. They are provided as a convenience for users without internet access.Summary features and Multi-Brain AI Synthesis consolidate AI-generated content and may omit details or introduce inaccuracies during the synthesis process. Always review outputs against the original content for critical use cases.To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptIQ AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party AI platforms you access through the App.11. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to PromptIQ AI at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android).Locally cached data, including offline generations, history, usage counters, and profile data, will be removed when the App is uninstalled.12. Governing LawThese Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PromptIQ AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of the governing jurisdiction.13.
